I was lucky enough to work on the Toyotathon (Toyota's holiday event). It was the first time I worked on a car account and it was an amazing experience. The campaign consisted of two approaches.
Approach 1 (duration: two weeks)
One approach was "The Search". It put Toyota front and center as a facilitator of holiday joy, with a little girl and her grandad searching for Santa. "The Search" was a great way to get our audience in the mood for holiday cheer and wonder. This included social posts with cuts of the video and links to the Toyota website.

Approach 2 (duration: two weeks)
The second approach was more targeted to connect specific models with consumers. This took on a look and feel of its own, which we called "Great Stories". It framed Toyota as something that could help you create your own story during the holidays. This approach was fully digital. It consisted of social media, banners, and showcasing this look and feel on the Toyota website.
